Claims must be submitted within 20 days after the arrival of the goods at the destination, otherwise they will not be considered.

The goods failed to reach the destination port as stipulated in the contract, so the loss caused should be for your account.

We have received your L/C No. 7898 issued by the Bank of China, Hangzhou branch, to theextent of USD 50 000 in our favour.
